We also like cheese, even though it’s one of the most resource-intensive foods.  Cows are responsible for more emissions than global aviation and are the world’s leading cause of deforestation. Cheese is the most carbon intense food after beef and lamb. But we love cheese, which is why we decided to make it from plants. It probably won't be enough to save the world, but at least we'll get some nachos out of it.

SOY MILK VS Cow MILK

It’s more efficient to grow a pound of plants than to grow many pounds of plants, feed them to a cow, and get a pound of cheese. That’s why we make our plant milk directly from soybeans. Soymilk uses 95% less water, 92% less land, and generates 68% less greenhouse gas emissions than cow milk.
